Right now I’m 10 years old and it’s Christmas Eve! I have always loved the holidays; the presents, cookies, and especially, Santa Claus! Every year I get to meet him in a mall and sit on his lap. I give him my wish list and he takes it to the North Pole with him so he knows what presents I want for Christmas. I’m so excited this year because I’m asking for a Xbox 1.

When I woke up this morning, there were like 15 presents for me under the Christmas tree! I got an Xbox 1 too and it’s so cool. When we went to the living room the cookies and milk we set our were gone too! This is awesome!

There is this car that keeps on slowly coming by our house. Weird. I’m going to go ask what they want next time they come around.

I took my journal with me so I’m not alone. I asked what the man wanted and he grabbed me and put me in his trunk. I don’t think any of the neighbors saw I don’t know what to do. I’m so scared.

I just got out of the trunk and they forced me into a warehouse. It smells very very bad. There are crates everywhere and a kitchen in the back. In the kitchen there were boxes of ham. In my town, ham is something we all eat on the holidays. What are they going to do with me?

I walked into the kitchen earlier and I saw my friend from elementary school. Except she was chopped up, and dead. They wanted to do the same for me. They were cutting children up and selling them as ham for families to buy. I’m so scared. I just wanna go home to my Mummy

The police found them and busted in and took me over to the police station. They questioned me and told me everything was going to be okay. I still don’t know if they wanted to turn me into “ham” but at least now I know not to talk to strangers.
