Criminal Wave

A duology of the darkest pits of mankind from revenge to saving, all of this does have a story in each of these brief poems but I join you to figure it out.

The Old Moon

The shaded emotions of yellow, orange, and red soar through the restful skies leaving behind a unrelenting storm of snores to wash off the greed and fear which had been put on the spot when the rumble of a gunshot had awoken a crevice through the Son of Earth’s skin which had glowed apale.

Streaking through the night comes a fallen angel as it speeds it’s way back into the sky, sending shockwaves and glowing the dark a bloodied and pulped black, hitting the ground with such a forceful impact it leaves very scarring marks, seemingly cracking through the earth and returning itself to hell.

Hidden in the high mountain, still past a millenia, frozen in time, the sun still rises high to mourn the lunar child’s end with a victorious warm day in the middle of winter for the now eclipsed son in the dry lands, all of the violent winds of the snowy hills and the breaking of each and every colden tree grows green for a new ending in a new place awaits, in at least a single moment they remember what it was once like before the fall of the moon.

A Drugged World

An ominous whisper raises higher and lower in a seemingly scrapeful rhythm, showering the woodlands with the light’s unforeseen pourings of tears, what the single light in the dark of the twisted clouds questions is what demon had fallen upon it’s mangled territory of the fallen trees.

Moving into the mad skies of the darkness the light had once covered and the battle of angels the light had once ceased the single light ventures deeper and deeper into the now unmerciful lands, coming across a ghoulish shadow which carried another light, now red with fear.

The light, shining so quickly it could catch a field mouse attacking it’s cheese, didn’t shine fast enough to come to find a battered wax which had fallen into hell’s fire.

The once very waxed light, the light’s friend once, was turned into a monster more powerful than any light could shine brighter and dried the storm of it’s tears and had fallen into a fit of paining embers, lighting the night into day and leaving the day into night.

The now seemingly defeated light of the returning angels ventures further into the dark, disguised as Lucifer’s slave, and pulls his friend back into the light momentarily to find out his fire had burned out.
