Hey all! This is a true story. I was visiting one of the many mansions in Rhode Island and we went to one that was haunted. I had seen on TV that there was supposed to be a man dressed in all brown. I believe they said he was a monk. Excited that I may see the spirit, I couldn’t wait to go.
As the tour was about to end, I was disappointed that I didn’t see the monk. But… there were two spirits sitting in chairs. A male and a female. If you put your arm through them, you could feel them. The female one was stubborn. She didn’t like to have you touch her. I guess I can’t blame her. If you moved your arm real slow, she would stop you from going any further and then you would have pins and needles in your arm after, for like an hour. I tried it.
I kid you not. I could not move my arm as I reached the middle of the chair. I couldn’t believe it. Went out to eat afterward and wouldn’t you know it… I had pins and needles in my arm. Spooky BUT cool. Check out the mansion if your ever in R.I… Can’t remember the name of the mansion, but you could probably find out online. Type in “monk spirit in R.I. mansion”. You might find it.
